If you are looking for that answer a colleague gave you half an hour ago just do find the chat thread with them, no more need to jump over to Outlook and dig around in Conversation History folders. I think this has become lost in the talk about the new collaboration experiences, but to be clear Skype for Business (SfB) isn’t getting anything much more than light updates to keep it using supported components and help people move to Teams.
